Limited company is obliged to inform Companies House if their company secretary has resigned or been removed from office. Companies House must be informed of this event in order for your company secretary resignation to be official. The date of your company secretary resign would be registered in your company record with Companies House.
Your secretary resign must also be presented in your confirmation statement. Your Confirmation Statement will be rejected if your company secretary has resigned from office and a correct Companies House form has yet been filed with Companies House.
