Company accounts

Every company and limited liability partnership (LLP) must deliver its annual accounts to Companies House every year. There is no exception or exemption and this includes dormant company and non-trading company.

Confirmation statement

Confirmation statement replaces annual return filing with Companies House. Limited company and LLP are requires to provide details of the person with significance control of the entity when filing their confirmation statement and this information was not required before in annual return filing.
