Fixed Fees Accounting Packages for Business Startups

The Startup Accounts Package is priced at £988 per accounting year. The fee is to be paid in 12 instalments of £82.35 + VAT per month. This business startup package is designed for a private limited company with annual sales less than £60,000 per year and the company must not be VAT registered business. The following services are included in this package:

1. Year end statutory accounts preparation and submission to Companies House.
2. One set of Abbreviated accounts for Companies House.
3. One set of Director Report (full account) for shareholder.
4. Completion of corporation tax returns including filing with HM Revenue and Customs.
5. Corporation tax computation.
6. Our Accountants will deal with query on your company's affairs from the Registrar of Companies and the tax authority.
7. Advice on how to maintain good quality accounting records.

The Premium Accounts Package is priced at £2,388 per accounting year and to be paid in 12 equal installments of  £238.80 per month. This package is suitable for limited companies with annual sales less than £100,000 and no. of transactions up to 300 per year.  This accountancy package includes the following services:

1. Year end statutory accounts preparation and submission to Companies House.
2. One set of Abbreviated accounts for Companies House.
3. One set if Director Report (full accounts) for shareholder.
4. Completion of corporation tax return including filing with HM Revenue and Customs.
5. Corporation tax computation.
6. Our Accountants will deal with query on your company's affairs from the Registrar of Companies and the tax authority.
7. Advice on how to maintain good quality accounting records.
8. Completion of quarterly VAT returns.
