The fee is to be paid in 9 instalments with the first installment at £119.80 + VAT and 8 equal installments of just £59.90 + VAT per month. This business startup package is designed for a private limited company with annual sales less than £60,000 per year and the company must not be VAT registered business. The following services are included in this package:

Year end statutory accounts preparation and submission to Companies House.
One set of Abbreviated accounts for Companies House.
One set of Director Report (full account) for shareholder.
Completion of corporation tax returns including filing with HM Revenue and Customs.
