Update Secretary Details

 

Companies must provide updated company secretary’s details to Companies House by submitting correct statutory forms. For person secretary, a change in home address, service address or surname is required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Similarly if there is a change in corporate secretary’s registered office this information must be communicated with the Registrar of Companies. Not only it is required by laws that change of secretary’s details must be filed with Companies House but it is also for Companies House to be able to contact the secretary for important matters about your company.

Companies can also appoint a nominee person secretary or corporate secretary. The nominees’ services are available for a fee.

Appoint Company Secretary Procedures
