Update Director Details

 

Company directors have the obligation to inform Companies House of any change of personal particulars by submitting correct statutory forms. For person director, a change in home address, service address or surname is required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Similarly if there is a change in corporate director’s registered office this information must be communicated with the Registrar of Companies. Not only it is required by laws that change of director’s details must be filed with Companies House but it is also for Companies House to be able to contact the director for important matters about your company.

Companies can also appoint a nominee person director or corporate director. The nominees’ services are available for a fee. Call our accountant for assistance on this service.
