Every company is required by UK company law to submit Annual Return to Companies House on yearly basis. The purpose of filing Annual Return is to provide updated information of your company including officers currently hold office for public record.
Details included in the Annual Return must be matched with your company statutory forms already filed with Companies House. Your Annual Return will be rejected if you state your company secretary has resigned from office and you have not filed the correct statutory form to Companies House.
