Dormant Accounts Package

All companies registered with the UK Registrar of Companies are legally required to file their accounts to Companies House by the accounting reference date. This includes dormant and non-trading companies.

Failed to file accounts on time, you will have to pay late filing penalty of £150 for even just late by one day and many of our existing clients buy our Dormant Accounts Package for their limited companies that were formed either for their names or for future business use.

If you are already know that your company will be dormant and will not or has not been traded since its incorporation or last accounting period. You can file your dormant company accounts soon after the accounting year end.

Other Business Startup - Fixed Fee Accounting Package

Startup Accounts Package is suitable for a limited company with annual sales less than £60,000 and has not yet registered for VAT. This package includes taking care of your company accounts and corporation tax return including filing with relevant governing bodies.

Premium Accounts Package is designed for a limited company with annual sales not more than £100,000. This package include VAT registration and completion of VAT returns for you.
