The UK company law requires all Ltd companies must have a registered office in England, Wales or Scotland. The address must be a real address not a P O BOX numbers.
Companies House and the UK Tax Authority will send all statutory mails to your company registered office address therefore it is important that you inform Companies House of any change in your company official address within reasonable time.
