Registered Office

Your company must have a registered office within the United Kingdom. Company director and shareholder

Your company must have at least one director and one shareholder. The director can also be the shareholder of the company.

The new Companies Act 2006 says appointment of a company secretary is now optional for a private limited company. However, if you wish to appoint a secretary, this can be you or any person of your choice. There are no restrictions on nationality. We can provide a nominee secretary if required.
