Every company is required by law to file Annual Return every 12 months either from the date of the anniversary of your company or the date of the last annual return filed. Your company annual return filing dateline is available on Companies House website.
Companies House will send reminder letter to your company registered office address a few weeks before your annual return filing due date. Company director will also receive a copy of the reminder letter send to their residential address.

Companies House will reject your annual return if the required information is not presented. However, Companies House may accept your annual return if the information you provided is complete but does not match their records. In this situation, they may MARK your annual return as inconsistent with the public register. The message is prominently displayed on Companies House website and anyone interested in your company record is able to see it. The message will be removed once the inconsistency is rectified.
