If you would like to use any of the above words in your company name, you must include a non profit distribution clause in your incorporation documents (the articles of association) and your company must be limited by guarantee.
Your company name must not imply that it has a charitable status.
Companies House will reject your application to register your company if the incorporation documents do not meet the Companies Act 2006 requirements.
The objective is to ensure that the use of this word in your company names is justified and it does not mislead the public.
