Reset Authentication code UK company filing

 
Authentication code is required when filing your confirmation statement or companies accounts or changes your company details using Companies House web filing service. It is also cheaper to file online then file printed Companies House forms.

If you are unable to get the letter containing your company authentication code sent to your company’s registered office address for any reasons. You may request Companies House to reset your authentication code.

Companies House requires company directors to update or change their registered office address if mails or letters sent there no longer accessible.

How to reset authentication code

The request must be in writing to a special department of Companies House. The letter must be signed by the company director.
