Register a security on loan with Companies House - Form MG01

 

UK Company makes loan arrangement involved giving a security for the loan must register the security with Companies House as soon as the loan arrangement is completed. The security is also known as a charge or a mortgage.

The registration involved completion of the form MG01 and submitting the original instrument or document to proof the charge was created together with the statutory fee, to Companies House within 21 days of the date of creation of the charge. For companies with registered office address in Scotland, please use the form MG01s.

The form MG01/MG01s together with the important company charge documents must be delivered to the following respective Companies House office in order to expedite the registration of the charge:
